Welcome to FA Cup Wall FAQ section. These pages are designed to answer questions you may have regarding FA Cup Wall  at Ipswich Town Football Club., and your order.

What is ITFC FA Cup Wall?

Celebrating Ipswich Town’s famous FA Cup win 40 years ago in 1978, fans are invited to buy their very own ‘ITFC FA Cup Tile’ in the ITFC FA CUP WALL located on the Sir Bobby Robson Stand in Portman Road.  

The ITFC FA CUP WALL features an iconic image celebrating the FA Cup victory and our fans are invited to have their own personal message on a commemorative tile

Any image of the proposed layout on the website is a representation only.

Why is it being created?

Celebrating loyalty and passion, the ITFC FA Cup Wall is being created as a permanent feature of the club in order to show how much a part of the club our fans are. 

Who can buy tiles?

ITFC FA Cup Wall is open to all. We welcome support for the project be it local or from around the world. Each fan is as important to us as the next and we encourage all fans to be a part of this project.

How does the ordering process work?

The order process is very easy; simply select your chosen product bundle, create your account, add your personal message, and checkout.  You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete your purchase

When your payment is confirmed you will be sent an E-mail, your E-certificate will be attached, please take a few moments to read your confirmation and E-certificate. If you purchased an E-Voucher this will be attached to your confirmation E-mail.  If you do not receive your E-mail in a few minutes please check your spam mail.  Please keep your E-mail / E-certificate/ E-Voucher safe as you will not receive anything through the post.  

You can log back into your account at any time to update your details, re-send your E-certificate or to check the progress of your order.  Please note that E-mail notifications will be sent to the E-mail address we have on record so please remember to update your details if you change your E-mail address.

You will be kept updated via E-mail throughout the production process but please be aware that we produce the ITFC FA Cup Wall tiles in batches so it may be some time before we notify you that your tile is in production, we will also let you know when your tile has been dispatched to the club.  This does not mean your tile has been installed and we recommend you check directly with the club to ensure installation has taken place before travelling to see your tile in situ.  Installation dates are subject to weather condition and home fixtures. Updates will also be posted on this website.

Your ITFC FA Cup Keepsake will be dispatched directly to the address you gave when you placed your order.  We aim to dispatch your Keepsake within 30 days of your corresponding tile being sent to the club.

Ipswich Town FC has engaged the services of Briconomics Ltd to execute and fulfil the ITFC FA Cup Wall project.

Briconomics Ltd. will take payments on behalf of ITFC and you will receive confirmation of your payment by E-mail.

The transaction will show as Briconomics Ltd on your statement

How do I activate mybrickcard™ ?

To activate your mybrickcard, have your Activation code from your mybrickcard™ or E-Voucher ready and go to the home page of this website https://www.ipswichtownwall.co.uk/. On the Home Page go to ‘Activate your Gift Card. On the Activation page enter your code exactly as it is printed (found on the front of your E-voucher or on the reverse of your mybrickcard™) and select Redeem. You will then enter your personalised inscription on-line.

When activating my voucher can I upgrade or buy a replica?

You can buy as many tiles as you like in addition to tile purchased with the mybrickcard™/E-Voucher.  If the order exceeds the amount paid for the mybrickcard™/E-Voucher the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

Where can I buy an E-Voucher/ mybrickcard™?

E-Vouchers are available on-line at https://www.ipswichtownwall.co.uk/  mybrickcard™ Gift cards are available in the club shop.

What can I buy?

You can purchase a ITFC FA Cup Wall tile, which will feature the club crest as well as your chosen dedication, your tile will take pride of place around a mural of the FA cup celebrations of 1978, included in the price of the ITFC FA Cup Wall tile is a beautifully presented Keepsake, you can choose between two different style of Keepsake.

How much can I say in my message?

You can have up to 3 lines of text, each line can have up to 18 characters (including spaces and punctuation) on your ITFC FA Cup Wall tile.

What can I say on my tile?

Any message or dedication you wish. We reserve the right to refuse any messages we consider to be inappropriate. The format of your chosen dedication may be amended to ensure that the dedications on the ITFC Cup Wall are consistent.

Examples of what you might say:

·         Support the Club!

·         Remember a great supporter!

·         Celebrate a birthday!

·         Congratulate your favourite player!

Can I change my message after I have placed my order?

You will be sent an E-mail with an E-certificate attached please take a few moments to check your dedication. If you are happy with your chosen dedication you can confirm your order by selecting the link in the E-mail, but, once confirmed no further changes will be permitted, if you do not confirm your order the system will automatically lock your order after ten days -  you will receive an E-mail confirming this after this point we can no longer accept any changes to your order.

If you would like to make a change to your dedication there will be instruction in the E-mail of how to do so, you can change this as many times as you like, up to ten days from your order or until you confirm your order, if you do not confirm your inscription then the system will automatically lock your order after ten days and confirm this by sending you an E-mail after this point we can no longer accept any changes to your order.

 

When are they being installed?

The mural will be in place by Christmas 2017, thereafter the tiles will be installed in batches, you will be sent an E-mail when your order has gone into production and another when it has been dispatched to the club.  In the meantime, updates will be posted on this website

How long will the tiles last?

The manufacturer will provide 10year UV guarantee on the tiles.

When will I receive my Keepsake?

Keepsakes will be delivered to the address you gave us when you placed your order and we aim for these to be dispatched within 30 days of the corresponding tile being installed in ITFC FA Cup Wall.  It is your responsibility to update your details if you move home or want the replica sent elsewhere.  A surcharge for re-delivery will apply if you do not update your details. We cannot be held responsible for any replicas that go astray in the delivery process if your address has not been updated.

How many Tiles can I order?

You can buy as many Tiles or E Vouchers as you like on-line.  Gift cards are available in the club shop.

How do I pay for the tile(s) or mybrickcard™

On-line: With credit/debit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO, SWITCH.  When you Check out you will be re-routed to a secure payment gateway.

Can I choose my location?

No, your tile will be laid on a first come first laid basis as the ITFC FA Cup Wall progresses. Each tile will be laid in the next available spot.

What is on the E-certificate?

The E-certificate includes the inscription on the tile and the tile’s unique reference number. The E-certificate does not include the purchaser's name. 

Please note: you will not be able to change your inscription after the ten-day cooling off period.

The E-certificate can be printed and given as a gift or kept as your own personal memento.

Only your chosen inscription will show on the E-certificate, if you have chosen a product with the club crest this will not be on the E-certificate but will be depicted on the tiles.

You can log back into your account and request a new E-certificate at any time.

so we can identify your order - purchasers name, order reference or brick reference (from your E-certificate) and date of purchase, without this information we will be unable to trace your order.

We can only accept E-mail enquiries and aim to respond to all E-mails within 72 hours (normal office hours only).
